The 1ph Platform is strictly intended for individuals aged 21 years and above, in accordance with Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21.
If we become aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21, we will immediately close the associated account, delete the data, and return any deposited funds. If you believe a minor has registered on the Platform, please contact us immediately at the details provided in Section 14.
Where personal data is transferred outside the Philippines – for example, to cloud infrastructure providers or international KYC service providers – 1ph ensures that such transfers are conducted in compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and NPC guidelines on cross-border data transfers.
