KYC stands for Know Your Customer – it's a standard identity verification process required by PAGCOR and the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) of the Philippines. 1ph requires KYC before processing your first withdrawal. You'll need to submit a clear photo of a valid government-issued ID (PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, UMID, SSS ID, or voter's ID) and a selfie holding the ID. Verification is typically completed within 24–48 hours. KYC protects you and ensures the platform remains safe and compliant.

No. 1ph strictly enforces a one-account-per-player policy. Creating multiple accounts (also called "multi-accounting") is a violation of our Terms & Conditions and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances. If you've forgotten your login details, use the password reset function or contact our support team – there's no need to create a new account.

You can update your contact number, email address, and communication preferences directly from your account settings after logging in. Note that your full legal name and date of birth cannot be changed once verified through KYC, as these are tied to your identity documents. Deposits & Payments

1ph supports the following deposit methods for Filipino players:

Bank transfers may take 1–3 business hours during banking hours, and up to the next business day for transfers made on weekends or public holidays. Debit card deposits are usually processed within minutes. If your deposit hasn't reflected after the expected timeframe, contact our support team with your transaction reference number.

Yes. The minimum deposit on 1ph is ₱100 for GCash and Maya, and ₱500 for bank transfers. Minimum amounts may vary slightly depending on the payment method and any active promotions. There is no maximum deposit limit by default, though players who have set a deposit limit through our responsible gaming tools will be subject to their self-imposed cap.

1ph does not charge any fees on deposits. However, your payment provider (GCash, Maya, or your bank) may apply their own transaction fees depending on your account type and the amount transferred. Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount on 1ph is ₱200 for GCash and Maya, and ₱500 for bank transfers. Standard maximum withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per day – these are displayed in the Cashier section of your account. All withdrawals are subject to completion of any applicable bonus wagering requirements before funds can be released.

Common reasons a withdrawal may be rejected or delayed on 1ph include:
